Diagnosis of tuberculosis meningitis by conventional methods and Real-time PCR in Iraqi Patients

This study was carried out to diagnose tuberculosis menningitis from immunecompetent and -compromized patients from different age group. the methods for diagnosis were conventional ( 20%) were positive and ( 25%) were positive by real time methods.
