ISOLATION AND MOLECULAR IDENTIFICATION OF Acinetobacter baumanii IN COVID-19 PATIENTS

This study was conducted to investigate isolation and molecular identification of Acinetobacter baumannii in COVID-19 patients from clinical specimens, including sputum, lower respiratory secretion of patients admitted to Medical Teaching City and Al-Yarmouk Teaching Hospital in Baghdad, Al-Hussein Teaching Hospital in Karbala, with study the rate of biofilm formation in Acinetobacter baumannii.
